http://www.ukfilmcouncil.org.uk/article ...
http://www.ukfilmcouncil.org.uk/article ...

Is he taking the piss?"
I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For".
("Take the piss"

She staggers in the garden throwing up amongst the flowers.
Drunk on passions poison after closing hours.
She didn’t know his name, she didn’t know his address.
Never took a second look till he was tearing off her dress.
A bash in the dark and then you forget her.
But some kind of loving lasts forever.
Some kind loving, turns to some kind of hatred.
Some kind of loving, it gets you sooner or later.
Some kind of loving, locks your heart behind a brick wall.
Some kind of loving, is no kind of loving at all.
Slightly sharp soiled she’s trying to understand
That everything she called her own is turning second-hand.
And the second-hand keeps ticking something’s kicking deep inside.
She’s walking in the shadows of a night, she can’t abide.
You don’t have to remember…NO!
But, some kind of loving, will last forever.
Some kind loving, turns to some kind of hatred.
Some kind of loving, it gets you sooner or later.
Some kind of loving, it locks your heart behind a brick wall.
Some kind of loving..is no kind of loving at all.
Accuser: You leave your thumbprints all over her life.
Accused: I didn’t mean to leave so much.
Reporter, don’t call it some kind of crime.
Call it some kind of love.
Some kind loving, turns to some kind of hatred.
Some kind of loving, it gets you sooner or later.
Some kind of loving, it locks your heart behind a brick wall.
Some kind of loving..is no kind of loving at all.
Where We Want to Be
The sun is shining on the sea today
You’re living your life the easy way
You left behind
The world again
So, be a tourist
Hear the call and you’ve been saving your money
You can spend it all and you can come away
With me today
Free from all you’re meant to be
Come on baby
Jump right in
Cause tonight
We can right here
Where we want to be
Come away
Come away
Get away
All your life
You’ve been running from dreams
From the blue and the red
And the orange and green
The times have changed
But, you’re not free
Take it all in
You may never be back again
Living your life
For you can do anything
Anytime
Any—thing!
Free from all you’re supposed (meant) to be
Come on baby
Feel the breeze
Cause today
We can be dancing under lemon trees
(we can be right here, where we want to be)
Come away
Come away
Get away
Save yourself!
Free from all your history
Come on baby
Feel the breeze
Cause today
We can be right here
Where we want to be
We can be right here
Where we want be

Do Anything You Wanna Do (изначально песня группы "Eddie & The Hot Rods")
I'm gonna break out of the city
Leave the people here behind
Searching for adventure
It's the kind of life to find
Tired of doing day jobs
With no thanks for what I do
I know I must be someone
Now I'm gonna find out who
Why don't you ask them what they expect from you ?
Why don't you tell them what you're gonna do
You get so lonely, maybe it's better that way
It ain't you only, you got something to say
Do anything you wanna do
Do anything you wanna do
I don't need no politicians to tell me things I shouldn't be
Neither no opticians to tell me what I oughta see
No-one tells you nothing even when you know they know
They tell you what you should be
They don't like to see you grow
Why don't you ask them what they expect from you ?
Why don't you tell them what you're gonna do
You get so lonely, maybe it's better that way
It ain't you only, you got something to say
Do anything you wanna do
Do anything you wanna do

Kicking Off Again
Well, I’ve been looking for you everywhere
You’re like a breeze in the midnight air
I thought I saw you in a crowded place
And now I see your eyes on every face
So, help me
Doctors say
I don’t know you
Want to know
Not to own you
And the time we’re together
It is gone
Lost forever
Say it’s true
That you were wrong
Say it to me
All day long
It’s kicking off again
You never know me
You never know me
It’s kicking off again
It’s kicking off again
They say that diamonds are for millionaires
So take a precious stone E-V-E-R-Y-where
And when you find the thing you’re looking for
Well, you’ll be happier that you have more
So, hear me
Doctors say
I never known you
Time is right and there’s room too
In the world that is broken
Play your hand
Just keep hoping
Say it’s true
That you were wrong
Say it to me
All day long
It’s kicking off again
You never know me
You never know me
Kicking off again
Kicking off again
It’s kicking off again
You never know me
You never know me
Kicking off again
Kicking off again
Wasted away
Wasted a day
Piss it away
Well, now it ends
It’s kicking off again
Wooooaaahh!, now it ends
It’s kicking off again
Say what!
Play Dead
You don’t have to be the one
To break my heart again
You don’t have to pay for the tears I’ve cried
Keep sending home the money
I’ll be satisfied
Play dead
Play dead
It is the season for you playing dead
You give me a reason to get into bed
I’ll put the flowers where you lay your head
You’ll be the coward that’s running away
Before you leave me
Play dead for me
Play dead
You want to reach me
Play dead for me
Play dead
Oooohh!
(And when you found me baby?)
From the other side
Keep sending home the money
And I’ll be all right
It is the season for you playing dead
You give me a reason to get into bed
I’ll put the flowers where you lay your head
You’ll be the coward that’s running away
Before you leave me
Play dead for me
If you want to reach me
Play dead for me
Before you leave me
If you want to reach me
Play dead

On My Own
I drank all the tea in China
I walked all the roads to Rome
I looked in the maps to find ya
A message was left on your phone
I’m on my own
Aaaaaahh!
All alone
Aaaaaahh!
I cannot be alone
I cannot be alone
No Sir, watch out!
I need you in conversation
I want you to be my friend
Our love was a celebration
Beginning is now at an end
I’ m on my own
Aaaaaahh!
All alone
Aaaaaahh!
I’m on my own

Come on….WOO!
Oh! Why?
Don’t it make you cry
Something so clear as love could become so vain
And it don’t matter what we do
And it don’t matter what we say
Without surrender
We will never find our way
Disengage and leave the ground
Setting the sights on
The great beyond
Silence is the loudest sound
I can’t believe that it’s so beautiful
I was lost, but now I’m found
Setting the sights on
The great beyond
Disengage and leave the ground
Oh! Why?
Don’t it make you cry
Something so clear as joy
Can fade into gray
And it don’t matter anymore
What you want to buy it ain’t in store
Sometimes you got to write your own songs when you want to sing
Disengage and leave the ground
Setting the sights on
The great beyond
Silence is the loudest sound
I can’t believe that it’s so beautiful
I was lost, but now I’m found
Setting the sights on
The great beyond

There ain’t no reason why
